Welcome to the 2017-2018 Swimming Season!

Coach Morgan and I are excited to get things underway.

Practice will be held at the KROC Center from 4:30-6pm daily with transportation to and from Sprague starting November 13th. Between now and then on Fridays we will be having open swim times so be looking for that info soon! We will also being doing some weight room work starting next week look to our Facebook or Instagram pages for that info as well as checking back here! Also, get your athletic packets and physicals taken care of so you are not stressing about that…if you need help please let me know!

January 4, 2016 Sprague Athletics Cancelled

Due to inclement weather the Salem-Keizer School District cancelled school for Monday January 4th. Along with school closure, all athletic contests and practices are cancelled as well. School will reopen January 5th and athletics will resume as scheduled.
